This Postcard Scrapbook was donated by Elsie Carpenter of Monroe, Virginia. It was donated on February, 13 1981 (accessioned January 1, 1985) B85-351.

The scrapbook contains letters sent primarly by Oscar and Kate Dillard discussing their various trips, holidays, school, checking in on one another, and other important events that have occured in their lives. The letters have been sent from all over Virginia such as Lithia, Elba, Nelson County, Roseland, Staunton, Troutville, Sandidge and Amherst County.
